Puma Mother and Cub spotted in our Generation Forest

03 October 2025

A puma mother and her cubs were spotted through camera traps in our forest in Santa Rita, Panama. This forest was the first Generation Forest in Central & Latin America - the mission to create real, biodiverse forests that live forever, restoring ecosystems while protecting endangered species and supporting local communities, started here.

The puma population in Central America is small and fragmented. The species is legally protected in Panama, but faces strong pressures from deforestation, habitat fragmentation, and hunting.

The Generation Forest - a real tropical forest, living forever - gives vulnerable wildlife the safe homes they deserve. Moments like this show that our mission working. A beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.
