- We acknowledge that the limited scope of our work is unable to change the course of global challenges but want to make our own microscopic contribution to a fairer world where all can thrive and live in dignity while preserving and protecting our natural environment and wildlife for future generations.
- We apply both a global perspective and local expertise by helping across the world where we believe help is most needed.
- We believe in sustainable and long-lasting change and support projects generally only on a longer-term basis to ensure that they are not only effectively implemented but also self-sustainable in the long run.
- We conduct our charitable work in an honest and ethical manner and are committed to acting in the pursuit of our mission professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings and relationships.
- We see equal value in all human beings and the projects we support should not discriminate, direct or indirect, because of race, ethnicity, religion or creed, the status of nationality or political belief, gender or handicapped status.
- We believe in partnerships with local champions who are closest to the problem and the solution and partner with selected organisations with high-quality management, accountability and the ability to make a measurable and favorable impact on the causes we support.
- We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
- We aim to act efficiently, entrepreneurial and un-bureaucratically to ensure that the greatest possible impact is made on the causes we support. A key selection criteria for the projects we support is that our grants are effectively and efficiently spent.
- We are not seeking funding from external parties but are exclusively funded by our founder Mr. Benjamin Kullmann.
- We do not consider unsolicited grant proposals and we do not fund individuals. Our grant-making is done entirely on an invitational basis.
